April Fools...Gone Bad

The "false" April 1 post was actually a falied attempt at posting a video of Aidan's new "talent" - arm farting. He's practicing for, oh, hours. I guess he's getting pretty good, as far as these things go. So, so proud am I.

So I decided to do something fun for April Fools Day...I thought the boys would enjoy it. Totally a borrowed idea, but I decided to make them cupcakes for dinner. Don't they look good?


Aidan and Colin thought so...



Ah...but then they discovered they were not actually cake and frosting...but meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Brilliant, eh? Yeah...the boys didn't think so.




Eh, I tried. I thought they tasted good!!
