Colin has always walked a bit on his toes.  We asked and asked, and they kept pushing us off saying give it another year, he'll outgrow it.  While it got better, he still would revert to walking on his toes.  So when he was 7 we got him braces.  We are so good about having him wear them.  For about 6 months.  We noticed he is still running/skating funny so we wanted to get him back into the braces.  But...he's grown a bit since then.  We finally got him fitted for new ones.  He hates wearing them so we have to get better about making sure they're strapped on before bed.
