Apple picking

We went apple picking in record time yesterday. We decided to pop over to the orchard before Aidan's soccer game and were so late I figured we'd grab pumpkins instead and go back next weekend to pick. Colin pitched a fit over the "no apples" plan and within 6 seconds I gave in since we needed fruit for lunches anyway. I threw $12 at the lady in the booth, asked which set of trees was closest and we ran! A nice perk of living in a town with an orchard. We will still go back next weekend for hayrides and pumpkins.

My parents, in laws and uncle John were all going to the game so we had the whole crew at the orchard too. My mom and uncle ran with us for the picking.

Can you really eat an apple with a huge gap in your front teeth like that? Braces, here we come!

Seamus mourning the loss of his apple. Uh, kid - there are lots more.

Colin was lecturing us all - "twist them off, don't pull them off." Guess who listened when his class had a guest speaker from the apple orchard?

Good thing someone in our family has height!

Aw, a nice sibling picture.
